Indian Army NCC Special Entry 125 Course (Women) 2027 Notification: The Indian Army has released the notification for NCC Special Entry Scheme 125th Course (April 2027) for unmarried women candidates.
Applications are invited from:
- Women candidates holding an NCC ‘C’ Certificate
- Eligible wards of battle casualties of Indian Army personnel
Through this recruitment, selected candidates will get an opportunity to join the Indian Army as officers under Short Service Commission (Non-Technical).
The training will be conducted at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. After completing training successfully, candidates will be commissioned as Lieutenant in the Indian Army.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidate must be:
- Citizen of India
- Subject of Nepal
- Eligible Indian origin candidate from specified countries with Government approval
Age Limit
Candidates must be between:
19 to 25 years
Age calculation will be done as per official notification.
The date of birth mentioned in the Matriculation certificate will be considered final.

Educational Qualification
For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Candidates
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum required marks as mentioned in notification
- NCC Senior Division/Wing service
- NCC ‘C’ Certificate with minimum B Grade
Final-year students can also apply if they complete their degree before joining training.
Wards of Battle Casualties Eligibility
Candidates who are sons or daughters of Army personnel classified as battle casualties can apply.
NCC Certificate is not mandatory for this category.
